Bellini

Bellini cocktail is one of the most popular and delicious cocktails in the world. We understand why because who doesn’t like puréed peaches with sparkling wine.

Giuseppe Cipriani created the Bellini cocktail in 1948 at the legendary Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy. He named the cocktail after the 15th-century Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini due to the drink’s pink color and the painter’s penchant for using rich pinks on his canvases.

Counting the fact that late May is the beginning of the peach season which continues until late September, always go for fresh fruit instead of frozen purée – that’s the secret of this recipe and white peach is Cipriani’s preference.
