Golden Dream

The cocktail was published in the U.K.B.G. 1960s Guide Drinks giving reference to the bartender LeRoy Charon with a recipe of equal parts of Galliano, Cointreau, Orange juice and cream.

The cocktail was presented in the United States West Coast Cocktail Competition in 1959, winning the first prize.

Charon beat out 62 other fellow bartenders and got awarded $1,000 as well as a trip to London sponsored by the United Kingdom Bartenders Guild (UKBG).
