Halekulani

The Halekulani cocktail was created at House Without a Key Lounge in Halekulani Hotel, sometime back in the 1930s.

The recipe was picked up and dusted off by Martin Cate’s 2016 Smuggler’s Cove: Exotic Cocktails, Rum and the Cult of Tiki.

It’s rare to see bourbon in a tiki cocktail, but it works so well here.
