Jungle Bird

The Jungle Bird is one of the few cocktails featuring amaro. This tiki-style drink was created in 1973 by the head bartender Jeffrey Ong at Aviary Bar in Kuala Lumpur Hilton, Malaysia.

The cocktail was published in John J. Poister’s 1989 The New American Bartender’s Guide.
