Old Pal
Old Pal is a classic cocktail created in the 1920s by Harry MacElhone at his Harry’s New York Bar in Paris.
Also, the creator of Boulevardier cocktail, Harry MacElhone came up with a crispy and dry version of his Boulevardier. Old Pal is named for William “Sparrow” Robinson, at the time, sports editor of The New York Herald in Paris.
