Princeton
Have you thought that a Martini cocktail can be more than French or Italian vermouth with gin or vodka?
The Princeton Cocktail dates to the late 19th century, when New Yorker bartender George Kappeler created it at the Holland House Bar. The cocktail would be published in his 1895 Modern American Drinks.
This Portuguese style Martini can also be found in Tom and Jerry’s 1934 Bartender’s Guide.
