Dano's Dangerous

Dano's Dangerous Blanco

Country: Jalisco, Mexico

Raw material: Blue Weber Agave

Alcohol: 40%

NOM: 1507

Producer: Casa Reyes Barajas

Dano’s Tequila story began with Dano, who had been infusing 100% agave tequila with pineapple and jalapeno. Dano went to Mexico and met Hacienda de Reyes, a family-owned distillery since 1840.

Dano’s is produced traditionally with blue agave that matures for about 8 years, after hand-harvested the pinãs are slow streamed for 26 hours in the ovens, and milled for sugar extraction with a Tahona. The juice is fermented and is then double-distilled to create purity. The aging process passes through virgin white oak barrels.
