Sierra Tequila is produced at Sierra Distillery in Guadalajara, Mexico.

 

The agaves grow for a long period of time until they are harvested. Cooked gently for about 16 to 24 hours, the steamed agaves are taken out of their cooking pots then, is added a special yeast to the agave juice to ferment it. After distilling, Blanco tequila is placed into large steel tanks where it matures before being bottled.
