A gin from the well-known cognac house Ferrand, located at Chateau de Bonbonnet in Ars, Cognac.

 

The 19 aromatics that makeup Citadelle are infused, according to their profile, between one and four days, then is distilled in small copper stills over open flames to develop its character.

 

Citadelle Gin is triple-distilled from wheat and spring water.
