Sacred Spirits was founded in 2008 in Highgate, London by Ian Hart. Sacred is also known for making vodka, whiskey, vermouths and liquors.

 

Instead of using traditional pot distillation, Sacred passes through a method of organic botanicals macerated in English wheat spirit and then a vacuum distillation.

 

That allows distilling at low temperature and pressure keeping the 12 hand-picked botanicals fresh.
