Hayman's

London Dry Gin

Country: London, England

Raw material: Juniper, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, angelica root, cinnamon, cassia bark, licorice, nutmeg and orris root.

Alcohol: 41.2%

The Hayman story starts with former pharmacist James Burrough, who created Beefeater Gin in the 1860s in London. The distillery business stayed in the family for generations.

What’s remarkable about Hayman’s Gin is that fifth-generation owner James Hayman is using the same family recipes developed over 150 years ago.

Hayman’s London Dry Gin is distilled using the same traditional two-day process using supreme botanicals infused in English wheat spirit, letting the natural flavors to glimmer. The 10 botanicals are used in varying measures, depending on the style of gin.
