Gancia Vermouth

Gancia Extra Dry

Country: Canelli, Italy

Raw material: Grapes, and a selection of botanicals

Alcohol: 18%

The story of Gancia is present and confirmed in 170 years of company history when in 1850, Carlo Gancia and his brother Edoardo founded the “Fratelli Gancia” in Chivasso.

Vermouth Extra Dry is appreciated for its dry sophisticated taste. It is prepared by maceration of herbs and spices in alcoholic solution with young wines, according to the traditional recipe of House of Gancia.

The production process is divided into three phases: initially, a very delicate wine is chosen, then the herbs are processed, and the process ends when the fortified wine is mixed together and filtered.
