La Copa Vermouth is a product from Gonzalez Byass that goes all the way back when registered the existence of Vermouth between 1896 and 1926. La Copa range is based on these recipes, as well as the label designs.

 

La Copa Extra Seco is a blend of dry Fino sherry and traditional botanicals that also use red fruits.

 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale straw

Aroma: Delicate, and fresh

Taste: Extra dry, herbaceous, the bitterness of wormwood and savory

 

La Copa Vermouth Blanco

Country: Jerez de la Frontera, Spain

Raw material: Grapes, and a selection of botanicals including wormwood, cinnamon, orange peel and nutmeg

Alcohol: 15%

 

La Copa Blanco is a blend of dry Fino sherry and traditional botanicals, aromatized with various herbs, dried fruit, and spices.

La Copa Vermouth Rojo

Country: Jerez de la Frontera, Spain

Raw material: Grapes, and a selection of botanicals including wormwood, savory, clove, orange, cinnamon, nutmeg, angelica root, and cinchona bark

Alcohol: 15.5%

 

La Copa Rojo Vermouth is produced from 8-year-old Oloroso and PX soleras blended with a mix of 8 botanicals.
