Mancino is an exceptional range of artisanal Vermouth di Torino blended with the finest 40 botanicals from India, Thailand, Vietnam, England, and Italy.

 

A classic recipe inspired by world-renowned Italian bartender Giancarlo Mancino, using 3 Italian wormwoods: pontica, gentile and Romana, a traditional mill dating back to 1930, cooling process distillation, filtration process for one week, and 6 months resting before bottling.

 

The Mancino Vermouth di Torino Secco is made through the fortification of Trebbiano di Romagna and the infusion of 19 aromatic botanicals.
