The Guasch family have been in Gascony since the 12th century, and have owned Château Bordeneuve and their Baron de Sigognac armagnac brand since 1974.

The Sigognac Armagnac V.S.O.P. is produced in the Bas-Armagnac region, under the traditional methods and aged up to the 10-year-old.
