Godet Cognac

V.S.

Country: Cognac, France

Raw material: Grapes variety

Alcohol: 40%

The story of Godget started in 1588 when Bonaventure Godet, a Dutch merchant, established a salt and wine business in the harbor of La Rochelle.

As the business grew, the production processes were refined and Godet Freres Cognac is officially registered by Gédéon Louis Godet in 1782.

Godet V.S. or Very Special is the youngest cognac in our range. A blend of two different crus, ‘Fins Bois’ and ‘Bons Bois’, it is double distilled and aged in French oak casks.
