Kappa Pisco is made from Muscat grapes grown in the Elqui Valley which is a long narrow strip through the Andes mountains which averages 300 days a year of sunshine.

 

Grapes are harvested when ripe, distilled twice and then combined with pure water from the mountains.

 

The name Kappa comes from the Kappa Crucis constellation.
