The story of Lemorton calvados started in the early 1900s by Isidore Lemorton – the grandfather – who founded the family business.

Appellation Origine Controlee Domfrontais insists the Calvados must contain a minimum of 30% pear juice.

Calvados produced by Didier Lemorton has a 70% of pear juice and 30% of apple juice.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Golden straw

Aroma: Light pear and floral aromas along with a touch of vanilla

Taste: Slightly rich texture, well-rounded flavours, and balanced tannins
