Founded in 1872 by Jules Normandin the famous cognac house Normandin-Mercier is founded and cellars built in Le Domaine de la Péraudière, near La Rochelle.

 

Since then, five generations have succeeded each other and have contributed to the development of prestigious Cognacs.

 

Normandin-Mercier Cognacs are the fruit of a long tradition which Edouard Normandin perpetuates the art of ageing and blending the most refined eau-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne.

 

Cognac Petite Champagne V.S.O.P. is a relatively young and fruity cognac produced under the traditional method, aged for at least four years in oak barrels at Domaine de la Péraudière cellars.

 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Amber

Aroma: Subtle floral nose, honeysuckle and violet

Taste: Well-rounded flavours, gently spicy with a touch of liquorice
