Penderyn Distillery was founded in 2004 by a group of friends who wanted to establish the first whisky distillery in Wales in over a century.

The location of the site was the historic village of Penderyn on the southern tip of the Brecon Beacons with its own supply of fresh natural spring water.

Penderyn Madeira is the original Penderyn ‘house style’, aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Madeira wine casks for character and complexity.

Taste: Crisp and finely rounded, with the sweetness to balance an appetizing dryness.
