Ardmore

Legacy

Country: Kennethmont, Scotland

Region: Highland

Style: Single malt

Raw material: Barley

Alcohol: 40%

The Ardmore distillery was built in 1898 by Adam Teacher’s, son of William Teacher’s, to secure fillings for their blend Teacher’s Highland Cream.

Close to the small village of Kennethmont, the proximity to the railway line allowed Adam to transport materials from Glasgow to this remote corner of Aberdeenshire, helping the distillery to grow.

The Ardmore Legacy is the entry-level whiskey from the range and has no age statement.
