Barracuda

Barracuda cocktail was created by Benito Cuccari, an Italian bartender working on the Michelangelo cruise ship which sailed from Europe to the Caribbean.

Benito won a Saint-Vincent Italian competition in the 1960s by A.I.B.E.S. (Associazione Italiana Barmen E Sostenitori) – the national bartender’s association.

The Barracuda cocktail is listed on the New Era Drinks category of the International Bartender’s Association website.
