Camus was established in the Castle of Plessis in 1863 by Jean-Baptiste Camus and has been operating independently in the family estate for five generations.

 

The cognacs are produced from vines in Borderies using the finest grapes of Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard.

 

Camus Very Special is made under the traditional method, double-distillation, and aged in French oak casks for a minimum of two years until the final blend.

Colour: Amber

Aroma: Very floral notes of jasmine and violet

Taste: Fresh mango, pear and sweet almonds, and delicate tannins
