Del Professore Vermouth
Del Professor was founded by the bartender Leonardo Leuci, who set about looking for authentic ingredients and the art of blending.
Produced by Antica Distilleria Quaglia, the products reflect the traditional manners from the late-18th and 19th centuries with superb quality raw material from Piedmont fertile plains and hills.
Vermouth di Torino Classico
Country: Castelnuovo Don Bosco, Italy
Raw material: Grapes, and a selection of botanicals including wormwood, citrus, gentian, vanilla, cloves, and mace
Alcohol: 18%
Del Professore Classico is based wine enriched with aromatic and herbs, picked on the Alpine heights around Turin, and exotic spices.
Is produced in the traditional method adding the botanicals to an infusion tank, filtered, and bottled.
