Few Spirits Distillery was established in 2011 by the founder and distiller Paul Hletko who’s continued the legacy of his father that used to produce alcohol in pre-Prohibition times and tried unsuccessfully to bring it back after.

The spirit is made from a three-grain recipe and distilled through timeless liquor-making techniques. ‘Few’ is hand-crafted through a small-batch process in charred oak barrels to age its bourbon whiskey.
