Established in 1798 in Orkney, Highland Park distillery is perched atop high ground on the southern edge of Kirkwall.

Highland Park is one of a handful of distilleries doing hand-turned floor malting and then, dries out with hand-cut local peat from Hobbister Moor in 2 kilns.

The maturation of Highland Park 10 Years Old happens in sherry seasoned European and American oak casks during the cool, wild, and long winters of the island.
