Jameson distillery was first established in 1780 by John Jameson in Dublin’s Bow Street. The distillery closed in 1975, with its operations moving to Midleton, Co. Cork.

 

Jameson Irish Whiskey is made by blending rich pot still whiskey made from both malt and unmalted barley, with the finest grain whiskey, both distilled 3 times for a cleaner, more refined and smoother whiskey and is aged in ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks.

Aroma: A light floral fragrance, peppered with spicy wood and sweet notes.

Taste: Perfect balance of spicy, nutty and vanilla notes with hints of sweet sherry and exceptional smoothness.
