Jet Pilot

Created in 1958 by the socialite Joseph Stephen Crane at his Polynesian restaurant The Luau in Beverly Hills, USA.

Steve Crane was born in 1916 and was an American actor and restaurateur in the early 1940s. Crane opened the Luau, a popular celebrity restaurant, in 1953 and established a successful 25-year career in the restaurant industry.

The combination of three styles of rum is key to make the Jet Pilot.
