Jura Distillery was originally established by Laird Archibald Campbell in 1810 in Jura, a remote island off the West Coast of Scotland. The distillery shut down in the early 1900s and was reborn in 1963.

Jura Single Malt Whisky is made of water, barley and yeast, using water from the wild mountains of Paps of Jura which filter the water down to Market Loch below. Finally, the whiskey is matured in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels.

Jura Journey is honour to that rebirth of the distillery which has shaped the character of the community and the whiskey itself.
