The Laird family has produced Applejack in New Jersey since 1698, with the first commercial transaction, recorded in the family ledger, in 1780 by Robert Laird.

 

Laird’s Applejack is a blend from 65% neutral spirits and 35% of apple brandy, blended and aged in bourbon barrels.

 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Bronze

Aroma: Delicate tree-ripened apple and hint of char smoke

Taste: Smooth and light-bodied, tangy, slightly sweet, mild wood spices
