Paper Plane
Paper Plane is a straight-forward equal-parts drink created in 2007 by Sam Ross, a longtime bartender of Milk & Honey, for the opening menu of The Violet Hour bar in Chicago, USA.
The cocktail was first made with Campari but was quickly switched for Aperol.
Paper Plane cocktail was named after a song by the British rapper M.I.A. that Ross was listening to while he tried to come up with the recipe.
