Pendennis
The Pendennis cocktail was created and named after the Pendennis Club in Louisville, Kentucky.
The private members club was founded in 1881. Has long been regarded as the preeminent social club in Kentucky and one of the premier clubs in the United States.
The cocktail was first published in William Boothby’s 1908 The World’s Drinks and How to Mix Them.
