The story of Rosebank distillery began in 1840 by local wine merchant James Rankine in the town of Falkirk.

 

Rosebank Distillery produced a whisky that was often described as the ‘King of the Lowlands’ until its gates closed in 1993. Years later was reborn in 2017 by Ian Macleod Distillers.

 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Light gold

Aroma: Soft and creamy, notes of caramel wafer, vanilla and nutmeg

Taste: Crisp, subtle sweetness, pear, and pleasing oak spice
