Raw material: Lemon peel, Seville orange peel, juniper berries, Italian orris root, Belgian angelica root, Bulgarian coriander seed, Chinese cassia bark, Spanish ground almond, Madagascan cinnamon bark, and Spanish liquorice root.

Sipsmith was launched in 2009 by Sam Galsworthy, Fairfax Hall and Jared Brown.

 

Sipsmith set-up London’s first traditional copper distillery since 1820 and is made with a recipe that would look familiar to a nineteenth-century Master Distiller.
