Southside
The earliest reference is Southside comes from the Southside Sportsmen’s Club in Long Island, during the 1890s.
The fact is that Southside is nothing more than a Fizz. This style of drinks was very on-trend back then and some adventurous bartender used mint leaves in Gin Fizz one day and thus the Southside was born.
