The Macallan

Sherry Oak – 12 Years Old

Region: Speyside

The Macallan has been known since it was established in 1824 by Alexander Reid on a plateau above the river Spey in north-east Scotland.

The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old features a single malt whiskey maturing undisturbed in the same casks for the necessary number of years it needs. In this case, for at least 12 years in exclusively hand-picked Oloroso sherry oak casks from Jerez, Spain for richness and complexity.
