The International Bartenders Association has added a new and only cocktail with grappa: VE.N.TO. The drink comes from a constructive association between the IBA top management, Giorgio Fadda in the lead and the GrappaRevolution staff.

According to the GrappaRevolution website, Samuele Ambrosini who is the head of the mixology says that: “VE.N.TO does not want to be the grappa base drink par excellence, but the emblem of grappa’s mixability and versatility. A simple drink, as per IBA standard, but which embodies a broader meaning. The beginning of an era of mixing to be explored, full of experimentation, which will see grappa more and more protagonist”.
