White Russian also called Caucasian is a cocktail related to the original Black Russian whose origins dates back to 1949.

White Russian gained lots of popularity in 1998, thanks to The Dude in “The Big Lebowski”, who spent most of the movie mixing White Russians or drinking them, 7 in total.

This cocktail can be made with cream or milk, depending on the richness intended.
