Wild Turkey distillery was established in 1869 by Ripy brothers on Wild Turkey Hills, Kentucky.

The Wild Turkey whiskey process starts when the Master Distiller selects the corn, rye, and barley malt for distilling. After going through malting, mashing, fermenting, and distilling, the filling is in American white-oak barrels at a lower proof so by the time is finished ageing less water will be required – this retains a truly rich flavour.

Wild Turkey Bourbon is aged in American white oak barrels with the deepest, No. 4 “alligator” charcoal.
