Founded by Fred van Zuidam in 1975. The growing reputation of the brand reached its position as the finest distillery in the Netherlands.

These days both sons Patrick and Gilbert run the 3600 square meters distillery and 4 production lines under the watchful eyes of their parents. All recipes are designed by father Fred and son Patrick van Zuidam.

Zuidam Old Genever 3 YO is triple distilled with the grains in a small pot still. It is partially distilled a fourth time with selected botanicals. Finally, the spirit and the botanical distillate are blended and reduced to 45% abv before aging in small new American oak barrels.
